Participants learned how to prepare the nutrient solution in hydroponics.
They also measured the environmental factors and product’s quality by using compact sensors.
In addition, lectures and presentations of research topics were held from academic staff and students of Chiba University.
It was a very important interchange between Panama and Japan.

ワークショップでは，養液栽培の培養液作成，環境測定，生産物の品質評価などを，簡易な分析機器を使って行った．また，千葉大の教員と学生により，基礎的な講義と研究発表が行われた．このワークショップは，日本とパナマのよい交流の機会となった．
